The "Right" attorney is one who is competent, communicates with his client, brings in a good result and keeps fees and expenses under control.

 

Many attorneys advertise with full and two page "spreads" in the Yellow Pages, spend exhorbiant amounts of money on television and radio, and make exorbitant claims of success.  You should concern yourself not with the size or cost of an advertisement, but the real reputation and experience of the attorney you hire.  Check with other attorneys and Judges, consult with the local and state Bar Association, ask for references and real trial results.  Your case is the most important case in the courts.  Be sure you are well represented.
